Our Leadership Team
Clockwork is led by proven global business leaders. Collectively, our leadership team possesses over 60 years of experience in several functions like Accounts, Finance, IT, etc in several industry verticals and have worked in geographies like UK, UAE, India etc. Our leadership team members have previously held senior management roles in blue-chip corporations and large organisations.

Mr. Devindra Mankare
Devindra is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years’ cross-functional experience. Devindra has donned varied leadership roles in technology function and was responsible for delivering technology services to diverse users – from combatants in armed forces through aborigines in sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. One of his assignments also included delivering cutting-edge technology driven solutions to support environmental sustainability and social sustainability initiatives.
In his most recent senior level assignments with UK based IT organisations he has led business development and service delivery effort. Prior to this, while being with Firstsource Solutions Ltd (erstwhile ICICI OneSource Ltd) he has led software services, Enterprise Data Systems and Central Service Desk groups and serviced some of the Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and large domestic clients.
Devindra is an Engineer by background and has graduated from London Business School with M.Sc. (Sloan Fellowship) in General Management. He also holds professional certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) of Project Management Institute, USA; CIISA and other IT Service Management certifications.
